Kalia Bethany and Marie Garry, longtime musical partners, community song leaders, and workshop facilitators invite you to join them for a healing and relaxing women’s retreat on beautiful Cottonwood Creek near Buena Vista, Colorado. Immersed in the natural beauty of these surroundings we will share our struggles and longings, celebrate our joys and hopes, and rise into our HigherOctaveWellbeing. Singing together, our voices will create sonorous harmonies with songs and lyrics that calm, enliven, and inspire us all!  We will teach songs in the aural tradition of call and response.

 

In our circle times, we will practice listening and giving attention to one another in the Heart IQ* method. Heart IQ is a coaching circle methodology that encourages us to share on all levels and be given the healing attention of the group, where everyone experiences “medicine” from hearing and being there for each other.

 

In addition to singing together, there will be time for hiking, hot springs, napping, reading, and relaxing.
